Day One (Arrival Srinagar)
Pack your bags and reach the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir, Srinagar, you can visit the place by any means of transportation whether it is by Bus, Train, Air or by Personal vehicle. Srinagar is considered to be the heaven on earth. The destination is the best beginning of your journey. Stay at local resorts or hotels and plan your journey.
Day Two (Arrive Srinagar-Local Sightseeing)
You are in Srinagar, a beautiful place surrounded by lush green valleys and high mountains. Visit Dal Lake and enjoy crystal clear water and mutual gardens around. Try boating and a marvellous view of white swans. Indira Gandhi Tulip garden is the place that must be included in your list. The whole grounds are covered with red tulips, the view will not be described by words. For the night, lets stay in the Houseboats of Dal Lake. Enjoy night sightseeing of the lake.
Day Three (Srinagar-Gulmarg)
Early in the morning move towards Gulmarg, which is just 65 km away from Srinagar. The journey is supposed to be nearly two hours. The place is a prominent skiing destination and is covered with snow during winters. Visit the Gulmarg wildlife sanctuary and enjoy the view of exotic species like the snow leopard. If you are an adventure lover then the destination is for you, enjoy numerous snow sports and adventurous activities with your family and friends.
For the night the local hotels are preferred, taste the delicious food of Gulmarg and enjoy the panoramic view of Gulmarg from your window.
Day Four (Gulmarg-Pahalgam)
Lets move towards our next destination, Pahalgam which is around 96 km away and is about three hours drive from Srinagar. Pahalgam is developed in a hill station by Britishers during colonial rule for their summer destination. The place will make you mumble wow! If you are lucky you will see exotic animals including brown bears and busk deer in Overa Aru Wildlife sanctuary. During summers you will enjoy lush green valleys and in winter you are supposed to admire snow-covered grounds.
Day Five ( Pahalgam-Kargil via Sonmarg)
Moving towards Pahalgam to Kargil- Sonmarg is around 200 km and 6 hours drive from Pahalgam. Sonmarg is another silver snowy destination in Kashmir Paradise. It is situated in the Kargil district and covered with snow throughout the year. The place will be worth visiting and offers stunning natural landscapes all around. Plan your stay at warm hotels, as you are supposed to face the extremely harsh temperature in Kargil. Lets taste the delicious dishes of Kashmir at dinner.
Day Six (Kargil-Leh)
The leg will be our next destination and is about 220 km and 5 hours drive from Kargil. After the
snow-covered valleys, it’s time to enjoy the barren beauty of Leh. Leg offers stunning views and panoramic landscapes which will be worth your Ladakh and Srinagar tour package.
Instead of staying in hotels try camping in Leh. Enjoy bounty fire at night and night sky from your camp.
Day Seven (Leh sightseeing-Sham Valley)
The next day is for sightseeing in Leh. The barren beauty and snow-covered mountains will be eye-catching and stunning for you. Enjoy the glamour of Sham valley, the charm of Leh. Sham valley will offer you many adventurous sports including Biking, trekking, Camping and river rafting at Zanskar and Indus river. Day Eight (Leh-Khardungla Pass-Nubra valley)
Over from the Khardungla pass, move towards Nubra valley which is around 130 km and 5 hours drive from Leh. Khardungla pass will provide you with a panoramic view of Leh from a high altitude. Nubra valley is popularly known as flower valley. The Valley is famous for orchards, monasteries, bacterial camels and scenic vistas. Enjoy the ultimate night stay in local resorts and have a deep look at snowy mountains from your window.
Day Nine (Nubra Valley-Diskit-Pangong Tso)
Moving deeper in the barren mountains we will reach Diskit village, one of the oldest and largest
Buddhist monasteries in Leh village. The village bears historical and religious significance for
Buddhists. Dont forget to visit Pangong-Tso-, a beautiful charming Lake in Ladakh. Stay in camps and enjoy the panoramic sights of Ladakh. The lake will blow your mind with its
amazing properties of changing colours.
Day Ten (Leh Airport Drop)
After our Nine days journey, the trip came to an end at Leh Airport. Its time to move back towards our home. Leg airport will drop you at the nearby airport of your state.
